Third, strategic workshops, within the project "Urban Partnership Program - Strengthening local government capacity in South-East Europe" implemented by Proffs Consulting in cooperation with the World Bank was held on 21th July in Bijelo Polje. During the workshop, the heads of the secretariats and other employees participated in the drafting of integrity plan, and in defining the vision, strategic objectives, activities, time frame, indicators, responsible persons and budget plan. The key findings of the situation analysis in the Bijelo Polje municipality were also presented followed by discussion and improved with additional comments and findings.
